The product has superior water permeability, filtration,. durability, and can be widely used in railroad, highway, sports hall, embankment dam, hydraulic construction, tunnel, coastal mudflat, reclamation, environmental protection and other projects. There are mainly short thread needle punching non-woven geotextiles and woven woven geotextiles.
Ltd. is a professional company mainly producing and selling fiber and geosynthetic materials, the company is located at the foot of the beautiful Mount Tai.
We uphold: the spirit of unity, hard work, enterprising enterprise, integrity, cooperation, win-win business philosophy, to meet market demand as the core, to provide quality products and services for our customers and friends.
Seepage control geotextile (composite geomembrane) is a geotechnical seepage control material made of plastic film as a seepage control substrate and compounded with nonwoven fabric, and its seepage control performance mainly depends on the seepage control performance of plastic film. At present, the plastic films used for seepage control at home and abroad are mainly polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene (PE), which are polymeric chemical flexible materials with small specific gravity, strong extensibility, high adaptability to deformation, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance and good frost resistance. The main mechanism is to use the impermeability of plastic film to isolate the leakage channel of the dam, and its large tensile strength and elongation to withstand the water pressure and adapt to the deformation of the dam; while the non-woven fabric is also a polymer short fiber chemical materials, through needle punching or hot bonding forming, has a high tensile strength and elongation, it combined with the plastic film, not only increases the tensile strength and puncture resistance of the plastic film, but also because of the The rough surface of nonwoven fabric increases the friction coefficient of the contact surface, which is conducive to the stability of composite geomembrane and protective layer. At the same time, they have good erosion resistance to bacteria and chemical action, and are not afraid of the erosion of acids, alkalis and salts.
According to Soviet national standards, polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.2m plus stabilizer for waterworks has a working life of 40~50 years in clear water and 30~40 years in sewage. Therefore, the service life of composite geomembrane is sufficient to meet the service life of dam seepage control requirements.
Product varieties:.
Product specification: unit area quality 200-1600g/m2, membrane thickness 0.1-1.5mm, width 0.8-6.6m
Product characteristics: set of anti-seepage and drainage in one, high strength, friction coefficient, puncture resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, to prevent soil erosion. Product use: mainly used in water conservancy, transportation, tunnel, airport, metallurgical tailings, waste disposal site, roof seepage control and other reinforced seepage control projects.
